- Provide strategic advice on structuring technology offerings while maintaining compliance with independence rules and regulations
- Lead teams, mentor junior staff, and drive client engagement

- Drive client engagement initiatives to foster substantial relationships
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of risk, compliance or PwC experience
- Knowledge of independence rules and regulations
- Proven leadership in team consultations and mentoring
- Analytical skills in regulatory comparisons
- Strong written and verbal communication with impact and empathy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience executing quality independence consultations
- Experience participating in special projects and developing/reviewing independence policies
- Uphold professional and technical standards and the Firm's code of conduct
- Embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
