About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide essential support to Australian client pursuit teams by managing operational compliance, procurement administration, and end-to-end proposal activities.
  • Ensure proposals are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with PwC Australia’s standards.
  • Develop and manage detailed RFP timelines, drive the bid plan, allocate tasks, and monitor key milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Schedule regular progress meetings and key workshops, coordinating with Executive Assistants.
  • Oversee the proposal redaction process, ensuring proposals meet accessibility standards.
  • Maintain and enhance the quality of proposal content and templates to streamline future pursuits.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in proposal or pursuit management, preferably supporting multi-location, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong operational and project management skills with a focus on compliance and process optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail, with a proactive and constructive approach to challenges.
  • Experience with content management systems, digital collaboration tools, and communication platforms is desirable.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
