About the role
- Audit clients in the Trade, Industries & Services area.
- Responsible for integrated audits of companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and file with the SEC.
- Responsible for statutory audits of companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with Swiss law.
- Preparation of the audit file for Partner review and assisting in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors.
- Develop new and extend existing relationships with clients and actively support clients in technical accounting matters.
- Lead and mentor teams in a dynamic, international environment combining technical expertise with leadership skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a similar role at a Big 4 company and/or at least the equivalent to 5 'busy-seasons' of experience in auditing with large multinational clients.
- Excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
- US CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
- Experience in managing large, multi-location audits.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - German is a plus.
