Requirements
- Consulting and/or operational experience
- Profound knowledge and expertise in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft 'Dynamics 365 Sales & Service'
- Leadership qualities and the ability to be recognized as a subject matter expert
- Project management and project planning skills
- Clear and articulate written and verbal communication skills
- Good facilitation, delivery skills, presentation and report writing skills
- Effective leadership and people management skills
- Ability to develop and manage senior-level relationships
- Ability to work on a number of projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives.
