Bachelors Degree Required

Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in or a desire to deliver advisory services in core industry sectors including: Automotive; Aerospace; Chemicals; Industrial Manufacturing; Technology; Life Sciences; and Consumer Markets.
Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in Manufacturing Strategy & Operating Model Development; Physical Manufacturing Network Analysis & Optimization; Pre/Post M&A Activities
Demonstrates proven experience or a desire to deliver advisory services in Operations Excellence; Maintenance & Reliability Management; Digital Manufacturing; Digital Automation.
Collaborate and work with a diverse team, demonstrating problem solving and analysis skills; financial modeling skills; spreadsheet, presentation and document development skills; interpersonal skills and proactive communication; collaborative and "can-do" mindset eager to take on challenges.
