About the role

  • Analyse client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support.
  • Provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimising supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.
  • Set the tone, and inspire others to follow, driving business growth.
  • Shape the direction of client engagements and mentor the next generation of leaders.
  • Adhere to and enforce professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Minimum 8 years of Experience
  • Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in or a desire to deliver advisory services in core industry sectors including: Automotive; Aerospace; Chemicals; Industrial Manufacturing; Technology; Life Sciences; and Consumer Markets.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in Manufacturing Strategy & Operating Model Development; Physical Manufacturing Network Analysis & Optimization; Pre/Post M&A Activities
  • Demonstrates proven experience or a desire to deliver advisory services in Operations Excellence; Maintenance & Reliability Management; Digital Manufacturing; Digital Automation.
  • Collaborate and work with a diverse team, demonstrating problem solving and analysis skills; financial modeling skills; spreadsheet, presentation and document development skills; interpersonal skills and proactive communication; collaborative and "can-do" mindset eager to take on challenges.
