About the role
- Partner with the Regulatory Reporting Manager (Team Lead) to deliver transformation projects across reporting activities.
- Lead initiatives in process improvement, automation, and data/MI delivery while supporting core reporting as needed.
- Support learning reporting requirements and controls for the Remote Team Model, ensuring continued alignment and fitness for purpose.
- Engage with stakeholders, maintain quality standards, and uphold audit-ready controls in a highly regulated environment.
Requirements
- Experience in regulated reporting environments and transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of governance, audit-ready controls, and regulatory learning reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and interact with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data/MI analysis, process improvement, and supporting operational reporting requirements.
