Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering and/or solution architecture delivering modern systems to production

- Experience in scaled agile environments
- Using GenAI in day-to-day engineering workflow and being able to mentor others to adopt it responsibly
- Exhibiting the ability to define and communicate technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders
- Excelling in architectural judgment across key areas
- Promoting consultative approaches in technical delivery
- Demonstrating market and industry awareness
