About the role
- Focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees.
- Lead a team of L&D professionals effectively to deliver desired results.
- Work closely with L&D Global strategists to ensure best practices are adopted and aligned.
Requirements
- MBA / Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Overall experience of 12+ years in L&D and having managed new hire domain training at scale.
- Strong experience and expertise in managing & executing end-to-end training lifecycle for Assurance business.
- Excellent capabilities in managing stakeholders and handling difficult conversations with calm and gain win-win outcomes
- Have strong business acumen, with an ability to understand how business processes and decisions impact people and organization
- Understand stated and unstated needs to design learning solutions based for business based on stakeholder interactions
- Should have a thorough understanding of key concepts related to Learning design and project management.
- Adept to manage change at short notice and be a change ambassador.
