About the role

  • Focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees.
  • Lead a team of L&D professionals effectively to deliver desired results.
  • Work closely with L&D Global strategists to ensure best practices are adopted and aligned.

Requirements

  • MBA / Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Overall experience of 12+ years in L&D and having managed new hire domain training at scale.
  • Strong experience and expertise in managing & executing end-to-end training lifecycle for Assurance business.
  • Excellent capabilities in managing stakeholders and handling difficult conversations with calm and gain win-win outcomes
  • Have strong business acumen, with an ability to understand how business processes and decisions impact people and organization
  • Understand stated and unstated needs to design learning solutions based for business based on stakeholder interactions
  • Should have a thorough understanding of key concepts related to Learning design and project management.
  • Adept to manage change at short notice and be a change ambassador.
