Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Certified in any Epic module in Clinical, Revenue Cycle or Technical
- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Biotechnology preferred
- Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs across multiple modules
- Experience managing large-scale managed services or application support engagements
- Experience overseeing SLA-driven delivery models
- Understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models
- Proven success managing distributed or global delivery teams
- Developing service dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
- Financial acumen in managing recurring revenue engagements
- Executive presence and client relationship management capability
- Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within managed accounts
