Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 12 years of experience
Certified in any Epic module in Clinical, Revenue Cycle or Technical
Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Biotechnology preferred
Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs across multiple modules
Experience managing large-scale managed services or application support engagements
Experience overseeing SLA-driven delivery models
Understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models
Proven success managing distributed or global delivery teams
Developing service dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
Financial acumen in managing recurring revenue engagements
Executive presence and client relationship management capability
Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within managed accounts
