What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years of experience in healthcare data analytics
Master's Degree in Health Administration, Computer Science, Public Health preferred
Experience in management consulting or professional services
Familiarity with Blues plan operations and Medicaid/Medicare analytics
Background in defining clinical quality metrics and care gaps
Experience in analytics for performance measurement in care contracting
Proficiency in building scalable healthcare analytics platforms
Demonstrated ability in leading data science and engineering teams
Actively engaging in business development and client collaboration
Possessing a proven command of health plan clinical and operational data
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools
Demonstrating a proven track record as a product owner or technical product lead
