About the role
- Execute a learning data and insights strategy to measure impact and ROI, with the aim to progress us under the learning organization framework.
- Manage and enhance learning technology platforms, ensuring scalability and user experience.
- Define and implement a data and insights strategy for learning, including metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Conduct analytics and ROI evaluations for learning programs to inform continuous improvement.
- Develop and leverage dashboards and visualization tools for real-time learning performance tracking
Requirements
- Proven experience in learning analytics, data strategy, and reporting frameworks
- Experience in knowledge management and governance infrastructure across Learning ecosystems.
- Experience managing and enhancing learning technology platforms (LMS, LXP, P&C systems)
- Experience with credentialing, badging systems, and digital learning solutions
- Experience developing dashboards and visualization tools for learning performance tracking
