About the role
- You will work with our long-standing clients in France and abroad across our strategic sectors, in particular: Retail & Consumer, Energy & Utilities, and Aerospace & Defence.
- Your assignments will be varied and may include: defining the target architecture and roadmap, advising on tool selection, evaluating migration strategies to S/4HANA, designing and implementing an S/4HANA Core Model, and supporting both business and IT teams on their projects.
- You will be at the heart of major transformation and process-optimization programs, delivering tangible added value to our clients.
- You will play a key role in business development by strengthening client relationships and contributing to the creation of compelling commercial proposals.
Requirements
- A master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university.
- More than 9 years of experience in consulting with a significant impact in managing large-scale projects.
- Prior experience within a finance organization on corporate finance topics (consolidation, management control) is a plus.
- Participation in at least 5 end-to-end projects (business analysis/ownership or technical implementation — e.g., AMOA or MOE), where you have supervised and upskilled at least 5 team members.
- Strong knowledge of the EPM ecosystem, with experience in one or more tools such as SAC Planning, BPC, SAP Group Reporting, BFC, and familiarity with other platforms like Anaplan, Tagetik, and OneStream.
- A solid understanding of end-to-end data flows and integration challenges with related processes.
- A good command of English, both written and spoken.
