About the role

  • Assignments in our strategic sectors for long-standing clients in France and abroad, notably: “Retail & Consumer”, “Energy & Utilities” and “Aerospace & Defense”;
  • Work at the heart of major transformation and process optimization programs, including defining the roadmap (master plan), supporting tool selection, evaluating migration strategies to S/4HANA, and designing and implementing S/4HANA Core Model solutions, etc.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or university;
  • More than 6 years of experience in consulting as an SAP consultant, with at least 2 end-to-end projects (AMOA – business/owner advisory – or MOE – technical delivery) where you supervised and upskilled 2 to 3 team members;
  • Ability to work on large-scale transformation programs involving deployment of new EPM tools;
  • Proficiency in migration methodologies for S/4HANA (Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transition);
  • A clear understanding of SAP’s strategy and product portfolio;
  • Knowledge of Controlling (preferred) and statutory consolidation;
  • Technical skills in the EPM ecosystem and SAP project tools on one or more platforms: SAC Planning, BPC, SAP Group Reporting, BFC and other tools such as Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream;
  • Understanding and command of end-to-end data flows and the integration challenges with related processes;
  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, particularly to integrate into and develop the transversal EPM ecosystem across Europe and globally;
  • Active contribution to business development;
  • Participation in team life: facilitation, recruitment, technology watch, solution and offer development, project methodology, etc.;
  • Strong written and spoken English.
