About the role

  • Implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module within an organisation.
  • Streamlining and automating the procurement process, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management
  • Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, finance and supply chain to ensure alignment and integration of SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Documenting functional specifications, configuration settings and integration processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Staying updated on the latest SAP Ariba features, enhancements and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Handling technical and functional support issues and knowledge on change management processes.

Requirements

  • 1 to 6 years of experience in SAP
  • Knowledge of Ariba upstream and Downstream modules including Ariba Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts Management, Cloud Integration Gateway and Ariba Network
  • Hands-on experience in at least one module
  • Understanding of Ariba best practices and its application in client processes
  • Good understanding in configuring templates, workflows across upstream and downstream solutions, ICM configuration, analytical reports, etc.
  • Experience and knowledge of other advanced features in Ariba
  • Knowledge on SAP MM and integration configuration in backend ERP will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate business/technical discussions and document solutions
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and ability to drive SIT, UAT, end-user training & support.
  • Must have fluency in English.
