About the role

  • Design and develop advanced solutions with SAP Process Orchestration to optimise integration and automate workflows across complex environments
  • Manage and resolve service tickets as part of an application managed service, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Implement change requests and drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP landscapes
  • Work across at least three SAP modules, applying your deep understanding to enhance system performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to analyse requirements, lead testing, and oversee deployments using agile methodologies
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers and team members
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting activities
  • Stay current with emerging SAP analytics technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions that add value to our clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing and developing solutions with SAP Process Orchestration
  • Written and spoken German - min B2
  • Written and spoken English – min B2
  • Proven experience in processing tickets within an application managed service and implementing change requests
  • Strong knowledge of at least three SAP modules
  • Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Hands-on experience with agile methods
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • Nice to have SAP certifications in relevant modules
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process
