Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in front-end engineering, conversational UI development, or enterprise application development
- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
- Demonstrating familiarity with Microsoft Teams app development
- Applying understanding of conversational UX and accessibility standards
- Operating comfortably in regulated enterprise environments
- Translating business workflows into conversational interactions
- Being familiar with bot frameworks, enterprise authentication, and cloud services
- Developing and customizing conversational UI components (Adaptive Cards, rich cards, buttons, forms) to support People Tech scenarios such as HR inquiries, policy guidance, learning pathways, and workflow navigation
- Building and deploying conversational bot experiences using Azure Bot Framework SDK and Composer, integrating Azure Cognitive Services (LUIS/Orchestrator) and enterprise channels including Microsoft Teams, Web Chat, and Direct Line
