Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in back-end engineering, conversational UI development, or enterprise application development
- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
- Demonstrating specialized training in technology preferred
- Applying AI to workforce and HR challenges
- Gaining exposure to LLMOps / MLOps in enterprise environments
- Showing interest in AI governance and responsible AI
- Translating business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Bringing hands-on experience with Python and Generative AI frameworks
- Understanding data privacy, security, and governance
- Working effectively across functional and technical teams
