About the role
- Lead or support coding reviews in accordance with the implementing regulations under SwissDRG.
- Provide medical advice and business management consulting within the framework of strategic and operational controlling.
- Primarily manage clients located in French-speaking Switzerland (Suisse Romande).
Requirements
- Medical coding diploma with a federal certificate and several years of experience in the field; eligible for inclusion on the FSO (Federal Statistical Office) list of reviewers.
- Medical training and solid knowledge of tariff/rate structures.
- Excellent spoken and written French, and good knowledge of German or English.
- Excellent communication skills, strong commitment, client orientation and team spirit.
- Ability to work independently with a methodical and rigorous approach.
