About the role
- Assist in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Support cloud infrastructure operations, including monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and help implement ITIL‑based practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver assigned tasks.
- Analyze data and prepare insights to support project recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Service Management, ServiceNow, or cloud operations.
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and IT operations.
- Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
