About the role

  • Focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and/or clients
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services
  • Collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and global experts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 10-14 years of experience in Technical Project Management and People Management
  • Relevant experience in end-to-end support of IAM teams
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC (GCIH, GSEC, GCIA), CCSP, or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Certifications specific to IAM (e.g., SailPoint Certified Engineer, CyberArk Trustee) are an advantage
  • Oversee and provide strategic direction for the operational management of IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager)
  • Lead the management of PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea)
  • Oversee Access Management solutions (e.g., SSO, MFA) leveraging platforms like Ping, Okta
  • Drive optimization of access request management
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with user lifecycle management best practices
  • Manage and mentor teams responsible for IAM/PAM tools
  • Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams
  • Lead initiatives to implement automation (scripting) and drive operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation
  • Lead ongoing improvement efforts and monitor IAM industry trends.
