About the role

  • Partnering with our clients on their large transformation programs to mitigate regulatory and compliance risks they face
  • Developing risk management strategies for our clients to drive compliance and strengthen their existing processes and controls
  • Identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement for our clients by understanding their strategy, objectives, risks, control frameworks, systems and regulatory environment
  • Helping our clients navigate an evolving risk and regulatory landscape by developing and executing test plans, identifying control effectiveness and improvements and reporting these in an impactful way

Requirements

  • Experience with Governance, risk and compliance
  • Leading large teams, project managing a full range of assurance tasks including the planning, testing, reviewing and reporting stages on large and complex client engagements
  • Work closely with your teams to develop their skills and grow from a personal and professional perspective; a passion for coaching and development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and well-developed research and problem solving skills
