About the role

  • As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for building systems architecture in terms of business, logical, process, implementation and physical
  • You will be an intermediary between the development team and the business shareholders
  • You will be responsible for adjusting the technology to the customer's needs
  • You will react to current technological problems and support the implementation team in solving them
  • Occasionally you will support the bidding process by performing estimates and sketches of the software architecture at a general level of detail
  • As a leader, you will lead the implementation team, providing substantive support to the Project Manager in creating tasks and to the developers in understanding the scope and architecture of the solution, as well as supporting them in their daily tasks

Requirements

  • General knowledge of the technologies used to build software in the back-end layers (for example: Java Technology Stack including Spring solutions, Node.js including supporting frameworks such as Nest.js, MS .net framework and supporting frameworks) and front-end (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the microservice architecture paradigm
  • Knowledge of software design patterns
  • Knowledge of inter-system integration patterns
  • Practical experience with implementations in at least one cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Practical experience with at least one container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)
  • Practical experience with implementation in at least one On-Premise environment
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of the Event Storming method, Knowledge of Domain Driven Design, Knowledge of the methods of quantitative and qualitative evaluation of software, Knowledge of UML, BPMN, Archimate notation, or any other design notation, Knowledge of the Togaf or Zachman framework, Togaf Foundation/Certified level, UML, Archimate, Java/Spring related certification, Cloud related certifications such as: AWS, GCP, Azure, etc., RDBMS databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, Aurora, etc., NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, MongoDB, Couchbase, Redis, Basic Linux, Frontend/UI Dev experience, Automation Testing, DevOps tools, Agile Methodologies.
