Communications

• Craft and edit high-quality communications for multiple channels, including internal news stories, intranet pages, internal promotional material for multi-channels like digital screens, screensavers, wallpapers, short videos, presentations and speeches and internal campaigns
• Ability to create a full communications plan for stakeholders and projects
• Collaborate on communication plans and execute tactics that drive engagement and awareness in your region
• Apply an exceptional eye for detail when editing, ensuring clarity, accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
• Develop creative ideas and innovative approaches to deliver messages effectively
• Manage and update intranet content to keep information fresh and relevant
• Support internal staff calls, webinars and events, including sourcing content and ensuring the stakeholders are set up for success
• Conduct research to inform key initiatives and provide insights
• Track and report on communication metrics to measure impact and continuously improve
