Monitor operation of applications and respond in real time as part of Application Evolution Services team
Implement and optimize business processes in the Controlling area using standard SAP solutions (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA)
Design and develop customer-specific enhancements tailored to business needs
Maintain and improve existing SAP CO solutions in alignment with evolving business requirements
Handle service tickets and execute change requests as part of an application managed service
Collaborate with project teams and clients to analyze requirements, conduct testing, and deploy solutions
Repair, document, and train clients' employees as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology , Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of the SAP Controlling module - min 5 years experience
Experience in the implementation of business processes with SAP standard software (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA ) as well as the implementation of customer-specific enhancements - min 5 years experience
Experience in the processing of tickets as part of an application managed service as well as the Implementation of change requests - min 3 years experience
Written and spoken German - min B1
Knowledge of three other SAP modules used in the Application Managed service (acc. service description)
