About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
  • Gather, prepare, and validate datasets necessary for report development and update the Power BI development runbook and related documentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across reports and dashboards.
  • Work with stakeholders to continuously improve reporting processes and deliver impactful analytics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Strong skills in gathering and analyzing data requirements from clients or stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare and handle datasets effectively, ensuring quality and relevance.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and storytelling through data.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with clients and technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience updating and managing procedural documentation (e.g., runbooks).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Understand the importance of have a correct information management
