About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, or Business)
- 3+ years in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Resilience-related roles
- Experience applying leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery standards (such as ISO 22301, ISO 27031, FFIEC, NIST SP 800-34) across different industries
- Ability to support Business Impact Analyses (BIA), risk assessments, and continuity planning within the Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle
- Understanding of Disaster Recovery fundamentals, including technology recovery strategies, policy and standards creation, and dependency mapping
- Foundational knowledge of IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity as they relate to resilience planning
- Familiarity with business continuity and resilience management tools (e.g., Fusion Risk Management, Archer, ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize and present complex data clearly
- Effective collaboration in global, cross-functional teams and dynamic environments
- Creative and analytical thinking to propose innovative resilience solutions
- Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences, including executives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure
- Demonstrates energy, accountability, and ownership in project delivery
