About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the infrastructure and deployment requirements for GenAI projects
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions for GenAI applications
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps Pipeline (CICD) or similar tools
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and automated software delivery for GenAI projects
- Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for GenAI applications
- Implement and maintain security measures and best practices to protect GenAI systems and data
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to ensure smooth integration and deployment of GenAI models and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance DevOps processes
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant technical/technology experience, with a focus on GenAI projects
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipeline (CICD) or similar tools
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or similar
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Experience with Azure AI Search, Azure Kubernetes, Azure OpenAI, Azure EventHub, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure Data Lake, Keda, DataDog, and Cosmos DB
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
