About the role

  • Develop architectural blueprints, detailed documentation and developer briefs for proposed solutions.
  • Design integration architecture between Salesforce and legacy systems for our clients.
  • Estimate delivery of both Salesforce and integration solutions.
  • Ensure all PwC processes and Risk activities are completed according to PwC Global and Local standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce and Enterprise Solutions.
  • Build long lasting client and team relationships.
  • Identify, support and drive opportunities with existing and new clients within a team environment.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices to ensure system integrity and operational effectiveness.
  • Technical Leadership for our team and across our portfolio of clients driving best practice solution leadership
  • Leverage AI where possible to accelerate efficiency, accuracy and consistency for project delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
  • Been involved in at least 10 implementations of Salesforce preferably within Enterprise size clients
  • Experience in the Public sector, Financial Services sector, and/or Utilities sector
  • A solid list of Salesforce certifications.
  • Application and System architecture certifications are desirable.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience in building and deploying complex integrations or Salesforce solutions
  • Proficiency in Apex, Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration tools.
  • Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD deployment pipelines
  • Excellent understanding of CRM architecture, integration, and functional configuration.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency leveraging AI and proven experiences using AI in a work context.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain English to clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel within New Zealand as needed.
  • Customer-friendly attitude with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
