About the role
- Develop architectural blueprints, detailed documentation and developer briefs for proposed solutions.
- Design integration architecture between Salesforce and legacy systems for our clients.
- Estimate delivery of both Salesforce and integration solutions.
- Ensure all PwC processes and Risk activities are completed according to PwC Global and Local standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce and Enterprise Solutions.
- Build long lasting client and team relationships.
- Identify, support and drive opportunities with existing and new clients within a team environment.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices to ensure system integrity and operational effectiveness.
- Technical Leadership for our team and across our portfolio of clients driving best practice solution leadership
- Leverage AI where possible to accelerate efficiency, accuracy and consistency for project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
- Been involved in at least 10 implementations of Salesforce preferably within Enterprise size clients
- Experience in the Public sector, Financial Services sector, and/or Utilities sector
- A solid list of Salesforce certifications.
- Application and System architecture certifications are desirable.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Experience in building and deploying complex integrations or Salesforce solutions
- Proficiency in Apex, Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Excellent understanding of CRM architecture, integration, and functional configuration.
- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency leveraging AI and proven experiences using AI in a work context.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain English to clients and colleagues.
- Ability to travel within New Zealand as needed.
- Customer-friendly attitude with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
