About the role

  • Lead finance transformation projects from strategy through to execution
  • Design and implement future-ready finance operating models
  • Collaborate across PwC’s global network to deliver innovative solutions
  • Manage and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Develop transformation assets such as diagnostics, playbooks, and delivery tools
  • Support business development, including proposals, client workshops, and thought leadership
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor

Requirements

  • A background in finance transformation consulting or deep expertise in a core finance process area
  • Strong understanding of how finance supports business performance
  • Experience working in or alongside finance teams
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with digital enablers (e.g. automation, dashboards, process mining) and ERP/EPM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday) is desirable
