About the role
- Lead finance transformation projects from strategy through to execution
- Design and implement future-ready finance operating models
- Collaborate across PwC’s global network to deliver innovative solutions
- Manage and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Develop transformation assets such as diagnostics, playbooks, and delivery tools
- Support business development, including proposals, client workshops, and thought leadership
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor
Requirements
- A background in finance transformation consulting or deep expertise in a core finance process area
- Strong understanding of how finance supports business performance
- Experience working in or alongside finance teams
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with digital enablers (e.g. automation, dashboards, process mining) and ERP/EPM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday) is desirable
