About the role

  • Ensure the successful delivery of strategic outcomes within the Performance and Reward function
  • Focus on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to the delivery of key performance, remuneration and benefits moments across an annual cycle
  • Drive AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle and technology uplift
  • Solve complex problems using skills in Performance and Reward, Workday, Data Visualisation tools, Technology Enhancement, Remuneration Practices, Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence

Requirements

  • Acting as an AI champion by leveraging artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance HR processes and drive innovation
  • Performing as a change analyst to support organizational change initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions in processes and systems
  • Enhancing delivery of Performance & Reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
  • Utilizing Power BI for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights for the P&C team
  • Implementing automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in People & Culture operations
