About the role
- Ensure the successful delivery of strategic outcomes within the Performance and Reward function
- Focus on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to the delivery of key performance, remuneration and benefits moments across an annual cycle
- Drive AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle and technology uplift
- Solve complex problems using skills in Performance and Reward, Workday, Data Visualisation tools, Technology Enhancement, Remuneration Practices, Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence
Requirements
- Acting as an AI champion by leveraging artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance HR processes and drive innovation
- Performing as a change analyst to support organizational change initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions in processes and systems
- Enhancing delivery of Performance & Reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
- Utilizing Power BI for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights for the P&C team
- Implementing automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in People & Culture operations
