About the role
- Manage the delivery process, including timelines, resources, budget and quality assurance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Creation of contracts, ensuring that delivery aligns with contractual obligations and requirements.
- Support with the ‘opportunity identification and management’ process. This includes supporting and leading RFP responses, and driving internal processes related to opportunity management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, delivering tailored Salesforce solutions while building long-lasting relationships and providing strategic guidance to maintain system integrity and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure all PwC processes and risk activities are completed according to PwC Global and Local standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience in a Professional Services (Consulting) environment; Salesforce delivery experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong delivery management skills ideally working across large-scale projects lasting over 6 months.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence; skilled in risk identification, management, and mitigation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; adept at explaining technical concepts clearly to clients and colleagues with focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities; comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders while maintaining a customer-friendly approach.
- Willingness to travel within New Zealand as needed.
