About the role

  • Develop relationships with a range of market-leading clients
  • Lead teams to deliver accounting solutions that cut through technical complexity
  • Provide comfort over the accuracy of disclosures during global debt and equity transactions
  • Support Australian corporates through periods of change driven by increased stakeholder and regulator demands
  • Identify key issues and risks early in the deal lifecycle and provide global capital markets advisory
  • Engage directly with high profile clients to solve complex problems
  • Implement accounting solutions and financial reporting improvements within clients' finance systems and processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting advisory or similar role
  • Strong understanding of global capital markets and accounting standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certification (CPA/CA) preferred
