- Lead teams and manage client accounts

- Enforce standards and practices of the Scrum process

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 4 years of experience in managing Agile delivery teams and execution using Agile methodology like Scrum and Kanban
- 2 years of Scrum Master experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred
- SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe 5 Practitioner (SP), SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Scrum Master (CSM)
- Demonstrating knowledge of various methodologies: Lean, Kanban, Scrum/XP
