About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for increasing revenue and managing sales activities within your territory
- Independently carry out all sales activities, with a particular focus on cold-calling private practice physicians to acquire new customers for private billing and selling the PVS's proprietary voicebot for medical practices
- Prepare quotations, conduct sales meetings professionally, and ensure smooth contract processing
- Plan and implement new sales approaches
- Accurately document proposals, contracts and call notes in the CRM system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in field sales and strong negotiation skills (e.g., as a field sales representative focused on healthcare, field sales associate, Sales Manager, Account Manager, medical device consultant, sales consultant, or in a comparable role)
- Completed commercial or medical training, ideally supplemented by industry experience or sales experience in digital solutions for medical practices
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (desirable)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers
- Responsible, independent and target-oriented way of working
- High empathy and enthusiasm for sales
- Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills
- Resilience, flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally (overnight stays are generally not required)
