About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that clearly articulates Pursuit Aerospace’s story, culture, and long-term vision.
- Craft engaging narratives for executive communications, marketing materials, press releases, digital content, social media, and customer-facing messaging.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to position the company’s brand, milestones, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead proactive storytelling efforts, identifying opportunities to highlight innovation, operations excellence, employee achievements, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage internal communications programs that strengthen employee engagement, alignment, and cultural cohesion.
- Oversee media relations strategy, including drafting press materials, coordinating interviews, and cultivating relationships with key industry outlets.
- Ensure consistent voice and message discipline across all internal and external channels.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, and Operations to support change management communications and narrative frameworks.
- Track communication performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy.
- Manage communication tools, platforms, and resources to modernize and enhance reach and effectiveness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or relevant field;
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
