Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on software development (coding) experience
  • Experience leading software engineering teams that include both software developers and QA engineers
  • Demonstrated success using AI (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to improve engineering practices and product quality
  • Experience managing both software developers and QA engineers
  • Experience using AI and Playwright to create, review, and maintain automated tests
  • Experience analyzing production defects, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive engineering improvements
  • Strong Java and/or Python development experience
  • Strong understanding of software architecture
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD
  • Strong debugging skills
  • Strong root cause analysis skills
  • Experience improving engineering quality
  • Willingness and ability to work core India business hours, plus collaborate with global teams
