About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that integrates AI-powered capabilities with sustainability regulations.
Partner with applied AI engineers to scope, design, and ship LLM-powered features.
Use AI-assisted coding tools to independently build prototypes and internal tools.
Stay abreast of evolving Sustainability regulations and ensure platform compliance.
Shape product capabilities for greenhouse gas accounting and tracking.
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through blogs, webinars, and industry events.
Serve as a subject matter expert on sustainability regulations and standards for clients.
Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and understand user needs.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record (3 years+) in product management, strategy consulting, or Sustainability Analyst roles.
Deep understanding of Sustainability regulations, frameworks, and standards.
Working knowledge of GHG accounting—Scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions calculations.
Familiarity with sustainability assurance and audit practices.
Understanding of decarbonization strategy—science-based target setting (SBTi), CDP disclosures.
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
Working knowledge of LLM-powered application patterns.
Comfort operating in ambiguity at the intersection of regulated domains and fast-moving AI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
