- Continue improving existing data reporting tools.
- List of existing integrations (where data comes from): - Procore - DealPath - Yardi - MRI - JDE - VTS - OneSite - CoStar - Argus - Salesforce - RealPage
Requirements
- PowerBI skills:
- Able to understand the data sources and relevant data for analysis
- Design and refine data models, familiarity with a dimensional model
- Develop interactive reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of DAX
- Azure and DB skills:
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT design, development and support
- Strong hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory
- Experience in Azure Functions
- Stored Procedures writing and optimization
- Telerik .NET Reporting experience (Nice to have)
- Nice to have Basic Python skills
