Configure and manage Pulselive platforms and related systems (Content Management System, Video Publishing Platform, Gamification Platform, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Google Analytics).
Populate content across Pulselive platforms, including articles, photos, and videos.
Manage client communications via online tools or video calls.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external clients to capture and discuss change requests and bug reports.
Provide hands-on support for the Pulselive delivery teams.
Support UK clients across Pulselive’s digital platforms used by millions of sports fans worldwide.
Requirements
