• Own requisitions from across the enterprise – from Engineering, Finance to Project Management and more.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Engage in full-cycle recruiting including recruitment strategy, interview screening, scheduling interviews, phone-screens, and negotiating offers.
• Attend job fairs, present at new employee orientation, lead employee trainings, and initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of market demographics and hiring trends.
• Source and recruit candidates through various means including Internet resources, advertising, and networking.
• Establish rapport with key partners and educate hiring managers on the hiring process.
