About the role
- Map and analyze existing business flows and processes, proposing improvement solutions that consider available resources and the feasibility of the solution.
- Ensure technological solutions are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Act as the focal point with business areas to define priorities and ensure systems meet organizational requirements, maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Manage the backlog, prioritizing requirements according to business needs.
- Perform refinement and detailing of backlog items, ensuring clarity and precision in the requirements.
- Support market research activities and define acceptance criteria for new products and improvements.
- Monitor market trends and changes in legislation to propose improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in planning and tracking the delivery of new products and improvements, including testing, communications, training and support materials.
- Assist the systems development team with business process-related questions and monitor the implementation of the prioritized backlog.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration with emphasis in IT, or a related field.
- Specialization in Information Technology or Business Administration with an IT emphasis is a plus.
- Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
