About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current undergraduate/graduate student, recent graduate, or emerging creative
  • Demonstrated interest in public service, civic design, or social impact
  • Portfolio or work samples
  • Experience in at least one creative area
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfort discussing ideas, sharing creative work, and exchanging feedback
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and based in the U.S.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Stable, private, and secure internet connection
  • Access to a personal computer capable of supporting creative work for the focus area
  • Preferred: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Procreate, or other creative tools
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok
  • Preferred: Ability to add captions, overlays, or animations within brand guidelines
  • Preferred: Light experience in research, analysis, or facilitation
  • Preferred: Prior remote work, online learning, or digital collaboration experience
  • Preferred: Interest in civic design, design operations, or public interest storytelling
  • Some tasks may require limited AI use
  • Background checks may be required depending on project involvement
  • Comfortable communicating and working in English in a professional context
