About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, an RN Director, and a CNA
- Provide high-quality care to Older Adult patients through therapeutic services
- Participate in community education on the importance of behavioral health
- Work with program team to facilitate treatment team meetings and develop patient-centered treatment plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- License in Social Work or Counseling, including LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. – required
