About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Apply advanced analytical expertise to support and enhance mission-critical systems
Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams
Gather and define business requirements
Configure and implement new systems and enhancements
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
Resolve complex system issues with accuracy and efficiency
Develop training materials and deliver end-user training
Provide guidance to Business Systems Analyst I team members
Communicate project requirements, challenges, and progress to the Project Management team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
Two years of experience as a Business Analyst
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PSRS/PEERS policies, procedures, business practices, and regulatory requirements
Strong abilities in business analysis, requirements gathering, systems testing, and quality management
Proficient in evaluating business systems, planning and coordinating system design and testing activities
Proficiency with standard business applications and specialized platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Azure DevOps
A valid Missouri driver’s license is required for use of a company vehicle.
Professional certifications such as a Business Analyst or Project Management Professional credentials are highly desirable.
