Key responsibilities & impact
  • Apply advanced analytical expertise to support and enhance mission-critical systems
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams
  • Gather and define business requirements
  • Configure and implement new systems and enhancements
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
  • Resolve complex system issues with accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop training materials and deliver end-user training
  • Provide guidance to Business Systems Analyst I team members
  • Communicate project requirements, challenges, and progress to the Project Management team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
  • Two years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PSRS/PEERS policies, procedures, business practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong abilities in business analysis, requirements gathering, systems testing, and quality management
  • Proficient in evaluating business systems, planning and coordinating system design and testing activities
  • Proficiency with standard business applications and specialized platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Azure DevOps
  • A valid Missouri driver’s license is required for use of a company vehicle.
  • Professional certifications such as a Business Analyst or Project Management Professional credentials are highly desirable.
