About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other referral sources
- Market our home care services to potential clients and their families
- Educate the community on the importance of caregiving and our home care offerings
- Conduct presentations, in-services, and informational sessions for referral partners
- Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs
- Track and report on marketing activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth transitions for clients
- Promote agency brand and services through digital, print, and in-person efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing or sales (preferably in home care or senior services)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of senior care services and local healthcare systems
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Flexible work from home options available.
