About the role

  • Analyze, reproduce, and document reported issues from bug tickets in the field of IT network engineering
  • Collaborate closely with Development, System Engineering, and Quality Assurance to assess faults
  • Create and execute test cases based on system requirements
  • Maintain and further develop IT network and IT backbone infrastructures
  • Support implementation of bug fixes and related documentation
  • Understand complex network infrastructures, including administration and planning

Requirements

  • Completed technical degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Professional experience in network administration and configuration is required
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Xray
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to troubleshooting, with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
