About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, support sales objectives, and drive sustainable growth
- Lead all advertising, promotional, and communication initiatives across digital and traditional channels
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
- Identify new market segments, product opportunities, and customer acquisition strategies
- Ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all platforms
- Stay at the forefront of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to define long-term growth strategies and organizational priorities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Oversee development of proposals, presentations, and materials that support sales and growth efforts
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings
- Forecast, develop, and manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance
- Establish KPIs, reporting processes, and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness and business impact
- Ensure efficient departmental operations and optimal allocation of resources
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high‑performing marketing and sales teams
- Oversee daily departmental workflows and ensure accountability for results
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and support professional growth
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results‑driven culture
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Perform other related duties as assigned by executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or strategic planning
- Prior experience in a similar or same service industry required
- Demonstrated success leading revenue‑generating teams and developing growth strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes
- Expertise in marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and sales enablement
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to inspire cross‑functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern CRM and marketing platforms
- Preferred: Experience with Service Titan and HubSpot for marketing automation, sales enablement, reporting, and operational efficiency.
