About the role
- Lead a team of engineers to maximize impact through mentorship and processes

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the software engineering industry
- At least 5 years of direct people management experience
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams
- Excellent team and project management skills
- Experience using prompt engineering as a developer
- Ability to define processes and make decisions with limited information
- Strong understanding of software development, architectural patterns, and team best practices
- Passion for technology use in strengthening democratic institutions
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with emotional intelligence
- Proven commitment to protecting and improving democracy.
