About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete a paid apprenticeship to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
Perform ADAS calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards
Build calibration technician skills across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers
Participate in initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
Graduate to a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration role by the end of the seventh month

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 21+ years of age
Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
