About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a paid apprenticeship with mentorship and training
- Learn to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
- Follow OE specifications and repair standards
- Develop calibration technician skills across a wide range of manufacturers
- Participate in initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
- Progress from Calibration Technician Apprentice to Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the seventh month
- Gain hands-on experience within a production shop
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
