About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete a paid apprenticeship with mentorship and training
Learn to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
Follow OE specifications and repair standards
Develop calibration technician skills across a wide range of manufacturers
Participate in initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
Progress from Calibration Technician Apprentice to Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the seventh month
Gain hands-on experience within a production shop

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 21+ years of age
Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
